A Republican activistis claiming credit for racist signs that appeared overnight in Denver on Thursday. The coward is going by the name Sabo instead of using his real name. The signs aren't just racist towards Latinos but also African Americans as well, with one sign saying that Blacks must sit in the back of the bus.
I am sure I am not the only black person in Amerikkka who feels that after all this time, white folks still hate on us and other People of Color because we are NOT WHITE. What the hell is it gonna take for some of this racism to move on past all of us? Its a good thing that a lot of us have figured out ways around some of this and we have to protect ourselves from their hate the best way we can. But on the real.....it really is sad that White Folks still have all this hate inside of them.

The "artist" will only have to pay $800 in restitution and serve 24 hours of community service. And he was warned that if he reoffends he could face up to 300 days in jail.
It seems that the court was more upset over the fact that they were posted on RTD sign poles than the Jim Crow messaging on them. The courts don't care about enforcing hate crime laws until they're forced to. And, unfortunately he may be able to abuse the 1st Amendment to justify his hate and avoid hate crime charges by claiming that his signs targeted a single person and not a protected group.
