Eight years ago, the Lyoya family immigrated to the US to escape the violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo, only to be faced with the violent killing of their son by a Grand Rapids, Michigan police officer. Patrick's father says the officer shot his son in the back of the head as he lay on the ground face down. The family is waiting for the bodycam videos to be released. Family attorney Ben Crump will let us know when that will happen.
A New York arbitrator found the force used by two Buffalo police officers was justified when they pushed an elderly man down, causing severe brain injury.
As President Joe Biden lays out his administration's plan to crack down on ghost guns, he doubles down on his stance to "Fund the police."
